Fall of 2008,

Hey Coach yeah sure not a problem..... I am running the ball.....I am a halfback in the spread offense, we are about a 50/50 team when it comes to throwing and running the ball, we run behind a zone blocking scheme. We do get sent out on flares, swings and wheel routes, and check downs over the middle once we go through our progression, all pending on the play call and the deffensive coverage. There are some plays when we run behind our full back. We also run a play much similar to the coach laubes sweep but out tackle pulls instead of our guard. Over all i can see some similarities coming from coach's wing T offense to a zone blocking scheme with some twists and turns.

Fall of 2008,

Well I played the right tackle in a spread offense.  Basically where we had four wide out majority of the time.  We worked on zone blocking.  I rarely ever pulled.  Basically all I was supposed to do was take a few steps to protect the qb from getting hit  or go up nd hit sumbody on the few run plays that we would run.  I was in a two point stance like the pros.  This offense was no where near similar to the high school wing t offense I grew up on,  but hopefully this next year I will see a bit more of that great offense even though I dont think I will be playing this next year. I'm going to red shirt the next year so I can play my third year of Junior College.
